Excellent Service

May i please take this opportunity and give credit when is due.Today i was at Absa Secunda mall had a problem with my credit card was assisted by Poppy Mahlangu who was so calm and understanding she then referred me to Thabile Malinga what a sweetheart she tried by all means to assist me calling ***** line ,holding and while she was holding she will explain why, i felt like a quuen from this 2ladies Poppy and Thabile we need women like you in South Africa you made my problem yours you were so understanding i dont have words but all in all women to women Thank you from the bottom of my heart you made my day we need people like you what an excellent service i was there for almost 3hours but you ladies gave me your full attention even after 12 you were not even rushing to knock off wow i wish you all the best on your careers God bless you and your families.I still have the problem but its not Absa's fault its my bank i will take it up with them.
