Excellent Service
I had a huge problem with logging in to my online profile as it was blocked , I was then assisted by a very humble guy by the name of Andile Dyantyi. We spent almost an hour trying to fix the issue and instead of Andile losing patience with me,he continued and went an extra mile making sure that I leave the store satisfied. I requested a bank statement as proof of my new banking details, it was just one paper but he went and got me an envelope to put that bank statement for me...???? I have never experienced that kind of a service from the banks I've been to. I am definitely going to stick with ABSA as I am a new client . Thank you.
