Excellent service

This is the second time I was helped by Alecia Rennie (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) at the Sandton City branch of Absa, and I remember thinking last time just how refreshing the interaction was. She was fantastic last time! And again today when I went in to the branch, just amazing. I would like for her to help me everytime I'm in the branch. Not sure if that's possible and I'm sure it'll prove something of a logistical challenge, but I'm sure something can be arranged. Thank you, Alecia (apologies if I'm misspelling your name, I tried to get it without being too obvious. Couldn't quite see it on your name tag). Your service was exemplary and I'd be remiss if I didn't take some time out to thank you officially :-).
