Excellent service
<p>After I was told by another consultant (Kenneth) that nothing could be done if I didn't a refernce number and I should go to a branch, I called back and spoke to Samantha who managed to assist me even when I couldn't give her the reference number.</p>
It is indeed pleasing to receive complimentary remarks about staff that have given quality service to customers. I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for the time and effort to bring this to my attention.
