Excellent service

<p>A few weeks ago my mom passed and I had a problem with Absa insurance than Mararet from the insurance department after the complaint phoned me were very sympathetic and she was very helpful indeed. We went into the branch gave all the documents to the consultant were she neglected to email my parents marriage certificate because she thought it was not important. Margret picked it up immediately and phoned me and we emailed it back to her. The consultant told us the money will be in he account within 48 hours but within 20 minutes it was in my dad's account.</p> <p> </p> <p>great service. What strike me the most was Margaret's whole manner her gentleness and kindness and how she dealt with us in this trialing time. I will never forget what she has done for us as a family.
