Excellent Custoner service

Hi, I opened up an account today at ABSA in Musgrave ,Durban. I was asited by a lady, I forgot her name but it starts with an F her surname is Ardikari. I know I spelt that incorrectly I apologise.

I also work in a service environment customer service is very important to me. Her service and the way she explained all the benefits was absolutely second to none. I've never had such an amazing experience at any bank. I was in that office for over 30 minutes I couldn't even feel it.Even when they asked her twice to help with something for few seconds. That did not upset me at all because she was a star.

She's a valuable asset for your organisation and a gem. I'd like to say a big thank you to her.
