Excellent Customer Service and Proffessionalism

Brilliant Customer Service. I have had endless problems with a letter i needed at Absa.

However after just 3 days and this Service Consultant updating me without me having to send numerous emails , 3 weeks of hell with the call Centre was resolved.

Pravesh Bejay, i applaud you for your customer service and professionalism. In an era where the culture of service has diminished sadly, there are still persons in the industry who value their clients.
