excellent customer service and product knowledge
visited 2 ABSA branches (Nicolway & Northgate) total waste of time as the consultants had no clue what i wanted. i called Absa Life and spoke to Ntombi Nzima - professionalism, product knowledge i forgot that i was angry after She explained what process do i need to follow and documents required to process a retrenchment claim. i was unhappy with ABSA but after the call with Ntombi and i a happy customer.
