Excellent customer service

Althoug we had to wait in the quee to go intot he bank at Zevenwacht branch yesterday,once inside,the staff were very friendly and helpful.I must say i was very impressed with the level of service from the client service at the door to the lady assisting me with my request,she were very knowledgeable and willing to assist me with all my request i had.very good customer service indeed.
