Excellent customer service

I'm writing this note with mix emotions of joy and sadness...Joy for the many years I banked with Absa they never let me down even now during this challenging time where I got retrenched, they continued their excellent service..sadness is due to other companies that can not do the same. When i was contacted telephonically by consultants regarding outstanding payments on my accounts, they dealt with the issue with utmost professionalism and empathy. I decided to go into the bank and explain my situation to the consultant at General enquires at Trade Route mall. She assisted me with the credit life insurance application. I was shocked with the speedily reply from Absa in assisting me. Within one week my application was approved. I am a proud Absa client for they have proven to be faithful to their clients. Keep up the good work.
