Excellent Customer Service

i would just like to say a BIG THANK to Sherwin from ABSA BANK in Chatsworth for his patience and being so polite even when i was so irate and rude with him the reason for me behaving this way was due no assistance i got from a senior staff that made really no effort to try and assist me closing my student loan account yet I vented my anger on him which was not his fault he still remained calm and so kind towards and he when beyond his duty at tellers to help close the account for me. What was priceless was to see him still smile despite my rudeness . when you think about it good employee like him are very hard to find in this day and age once again THANK YOU Sherwin Ganesh for your excellent customer service
