Excellent Customer Service

<p>A huge thank you to Mr Charl Shires from the AVAF Sales department. I had recently purchased a vehicle through ABSA and was in a motor vehicle accident shortly thereafter. Mr Shires went above and beyond the call of duty in obtaining the documents i needed to get my car repaired by my insurers. He is not my private banker but it felt great having someone so dedicated to their job, especially when the matter was not his responsibility!
