Excellent customer service

Last night while doing online banking i made an slight error on a transaction i canceled it but corrected it.i then recieved a call from a ABSA customer care agent we wanted to confirm about the error , WOW that was my reaction they making sure the customers is taken care of,well done to ABSA for our uexcellent service ..my only fault was i could not spell the agents name...Origent i think put please check the time of the call & please tell him again thank you excellent service
