Excellent Customer Service

On the 22nd of February i went to the Park Station branch in JHB to open a bank account. The person that assisted me to open my account made a mistake with my account number , all my personal details where not stored . My salary was then paid on the 1st of March into someone's bank account as the consultant that gave me that account gave me another person's account. I could not withdraw no transact using that card . Today i phoned the customer service to find out what was really happening , she could not pick anything with my passport number nor card number , but only with my cell number. I spoke to Roselinah Motsoeneng who assisted me to rectify this problem. She phoned the branch , to find out why the gentlemen did what he did , until this was resolved. I am very happy with the level of service she rendered to me. She made sure that she calls the branch until money was transferred into the correct account and gave me my CORRECT ACCOUNT. She has excellent customer service and if ABSA had people like her in the call center, i don't think there will be any complaints about ABSA . Roselinah, keep doing what you did to me , it will take you very far. I was thinking of cancelling this card but because of her , i'm staying with ABSA . Thanks a million
