Excellent Customer service

I had a complaint against one of Absa's consultants who was supposed to be there for me, but did not bother to listen to my request. After I have lodged an electronic complaint, I've received a call from Nirasha Maharaj. She took the time to listen to my complaint, my concerns and assured me that she will provide me with feedback. Not even 24 hours later I was provided with final feedback on my complaint. Thank you Nirasha for delivering exceptional client service, you are a star! <br> <br>
