Excellent customer service
Capitec had a problem with debit orders and never informed us and debit order that never went through was for Absa vehicle. I engaged in a conversation with a lady by the name of Tumi Lara, who handled the issue professionally and made sure she got answers for me within a short space of time. We need people like her in this type of industry, customer orientated, walk an extra mile, passionate about her work and also excellent customer service.
