<p>I wish to commend the Branch Manager at Clearwater Branch , Innocentia Nkomo ,for the way she handled our problem yesterday. She was courteous and friendly as she tried her level best to assist.She has a caring approach ans she is a true proffessional .Please accept my gratitude towards her and the entire staff at Clearwater Absa Branch.We were able to complete the transaction within a short period, thanks to their attentive and alert presence.I would like especially like to commend Innocentia for her proffessionalism and superlative s****s, not forgeting Nhlanhla Sibeko for his proffessionalism as well.</p>
