<p>With this letter I would hereby like to compliment your employees of Hatfield branch, Kahlolo Sheane, branch manager for the excellent service he provided me last weekend. Mr helped our social club get money after it was reaveled that our account can only be fica on 21 11 2016 because it was on a que, we needed the money urgently and were being send from pillar to post by other branches, he emphasised with us and the branch closed at 11 but we only left at 1 as he wanted to sort out the matter while we were still in the branch.</p> <p>I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch office. Hence, Mr. Sheane professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Just within hours the matters was resolved and we got our cash.</p> <p>This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged.
