Excellent and Outstanding Service

After I app**** for my credit card I had to go in branch to collect it. When I first arrived at the branch the consultant was a bit reluctant to assist me the moment she heard I'm there to collect my credit card. She then passed me onto Ms Nina Lengoasa. Let me tell you that this lady just showed extreme professionalism and friendliness. I have dealt with her before in the past and everytime I walk out the bank I had a smile on my face. She engages with her customers and she really does go the extra mile to assist you. I have never dealt with anyone at any other branch or store for that matter who really cares about their customers the way this lady did. Even though the branch is a bit out of my way, I will not hesitate for one minute to go back there. I would like to say thank you to this lady for assisting me in the way she did. To you it may not seem like much but you really made my day. Thank you for your assistance and patience. If only all branches could have people like this - the world would be a better place for all of us. Well done!
