Excellence is found at DHA ABSA Sandton

I was blown away by the fabulous experience I had getting my Smart ID issued last year and my passport issued this year, at the ABSA Sandton branch of the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

Rendani, the Manager, was kind and efficient. The place is very well organized so photos are taken on site and the applicants are processed in a few minutes. Set appointment times mean you don't wait long and there's a comfortable waiting area.

But how's this : a week after I submitted my passport application, I received an sms to let me know it was ready for collection. Incredible service from DHA ABSA Sandton and DHA itself. Thank you.
