Every Single Week

I phoned for a balance outstanding, and paid it in full on the 3rd of August 2015. Every week since then I phone for a closure/paid up letter.<br> <br> Every week someone tells me there is a credit balance and they need to refund it first before closing the account. We give them banking details and we are told to phone and request a letter the following week.<br> <br> The following week we call and we are requested for banking details again and told to phone the following week. I has been a month now.<br> <br> Are you ever going to assist me so that I can get out of Debt Counselling???
