Even to this day no forgot password option

I am still disappointed with Absa bank. I mean to this day in time they still do not have a \forgot password"option. I mean how stupid isizit that one has to go to the bank just to reset an online password! It's called online for Pete' sake!!! Now I have to go to the bank and wait on those long queues for hours just to reset my online pin. It's time they learned something from Fnb. There's a reason we use online banking. Main of that reason being not to go straight to the bank whenever one has to deposit money. """
