Estate taking a life time to finish

My gran has a WILL, on the 08th March 2023 my gran passed away the Estate has been handed over to the attorney SCHUMANN VAN DEN HEEVER & SLABBERT ING. / INC. Thembi Mosala is assisting with the Estate, she has been very helpful through out the process, the struggle now is getting the funds from ABSA to the attorneys in order for them to proceed with the Estate its been 7 months , if ABSA takes a life time with such a small Estate i cant imagine what people go through with millions in there Estate Can someone please explain why its taking so long to transfer the money over to the attorney Absa Trust Estates [ABS54/2151 - Estate Late MM Paulsen]- *** 080
