Estate late of my mother at Absa trust

After numerous phone calls that's been unanswered, been put on hold for days. Sending emails everyday to Absa trust services to sort out my late mother's estate. Up and till now I've heard NOTHING from Absa regarding this matter . This is not acceptable. A lady phoned me just before 2 today of absa trust after my fb post. (can't remember her name) but she referred me to a lady called Naledi. She promised to sent me confirmation via email and Naledi's details to contact her directly to proceed with the estate late of my mother . Up and till now... NO EMAIL WHAT SO EVER!!!!!
