Dear Sirs
I am battling to get bank statements from Absa Bank since 8 December 2023 for account no: 28 246 706 8 since the demise of the deceased until October 2019 when this account was closed!!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous that Absa Bank is taking so long, all other banks have already assisted and finalized queries.
Absa Bank your services are pathetic!!!!!!
This is unacceptable
