Estate Late Finalisation

I am rather upset with the procedure in which ABSA bank has been handling the Estate of my late grandfather. At the begining of last year the heirs got paid a specific amount from the estate. The estate however had not been completely finalized. We have now been waiting over a year and half extra for this to happen. Each and every time I have approahed the bank I have received a different story as to why the estate had not been finalised. Then 2 weeks ago ABSA bank told me that there would be a Tax refund which would take up to 10 days. Then this morning I recieved yet again another message to inform me that We again need to supply SARS with my Grandfathers 1*** tax returns. This is the third time in which this has happened. We have aso had the amount of 3 people who have been reassigned to estate. The service I have received is extremely disappointing and I have had to chase this people time and time again. We entrust these banks with our wills yet they are not able to handle the estate effectively. Yet we still have to pay them for the service we receive. Which is very shocking and handled with attitude.
