I refer to your mail received 3 November 2017 and my reply of the 3rd of November 2017 whereby I have not received any feedback from you. This estate is more than 2 year going on already and I am really not happy with the service I received so far. Over a month now and nobody got back to me, I always need to find out what is going on.

May I please have the contact details of the person in charges of the company, I need to lodge a formal complaint otherwise I have now other choice but to go to Hallo Peter and to the Law Society for assistance in this regard.

I have again “cc” my debt counsellor into this mail so that she is aware of everything and on the progress of the estate.
