Estate Late Bank Account - opened then closed by bank

Ferndale on Republic Branch is the worst branch there is !!!!!! The so called manager is rude and arrogant - does not take accountability for his staff that messed up an ESTATE late bank account when opening it up in DECEMBER 2023!!!

Kabelo the branch manager told me to rather go to another bank to open up an Estate account because they cant help me!

Documents were NOT captured in the begging - then a FICA hold then that was removed - BUT the account was then CLOSED by a higher power - in all this time i have been trying to activate the account by making a deposit

I have been to the branch EVERY Friday since January 2024 and have seen every consultant possible and have been given the run around and been told .....ITS BEEN ESCALATED TO THE CORRECT AUTHORIES OUTSIDE THE BRANCH

NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY DONE if if had been i would have an active account

to make matters worse SARS has this bank account information - NOW i have to go back to SARS to change the banking details!!!

today i opened another account which could not be activated either ........ WTAF!!!!!

TAKE RESPOSIBLITY FOR YOUR EGOTISTICAL STAFF!!!!

INGRID was the only person willing to hear my story and to help me out - she found the FICA fault and that the documents were never loaded onto your system

oh yes - i was asked today if wanted to complain and wait for an answer or open a new account!!!

by the way the branch DOES NOT DO LETTERS - i need to provide SARS and the family of the decease and the employer of the deceased with proof that the bank account has been closed due to the bank and not my error! I was told they will email me "something" which i can print and take to SARS - RIGHT SARS is going accept this

I am horrified with the service i have received! The treatment i have received! Every time i go there no body is willing to help! The keep asking "are you back again with the same issue? - nice way to treat your client!!!!

I am sure i am wasting my time send this and that nothing will be done either!!
