Estate Late Account

The nominated Executor of an Estate Late has left several messages for Dirkie ***ie at ABSA Knysna over the past week as the new Estate Account was opened on the 30th of March 2024.

He has not received a call back from her and this is extremely frustrating, as he is not able to communicate the relevant information back to the other family members who are awaiting their portion.

It is absolutely ridiculous that after a week the funds have still not been available for him to do the transactions. Fully understand that there is a process that is followed but waiting for longer than two weeks to get the funds after the Magistrate originally gave instruction on the 15th of March and a month later we are still waiting!!!

The staff are *********** at the smaller branches in Cape Town and he has been sent from pillar to post and needs to travel far to get to a branch. We request as beneficiaries that this matter be resolved today as you have received all the necessary original documentation and enable him to access the funds to do the necessary transactions to the Attorney as well as the Beneficiaries in order to provide proof of this to the Attorney for the Magistrate.
