ESTATE LATE ABSA INVESTMENT OUTSTANDING PROOF OF PAYMENTS

In 2023, we already reported the estate and, despite numerous emails, have yet to receive proof of payment. Could you kindly provide confirmation as to when the ABSA payouts will be made? The feedback we have currently received from ABSA is that they require the deceased’s place of birth, as the identity document does not reflect the place of birth. However, other institutions have accepted the identity document as sufficient. We would appreciate your urgent assistance in this matter.
