Estate disaster

One star is way too much in the way Absa Trust is treating its customers. Where can we at least speak to a person willing to help and sort out the mess of getting documentation that they want to stand down as executors as the estate is too small according to them. We need to get my Mom's Estate sorted but need documentation from Absa Trust to get our own letter from the Master!! Why after holding the Will for 25 years do we only now find out that there is a cut off amount!! Why can people not be warned then they can nominate a new executor and all this delay could have been avoided!!
