Estate case delayed due to ABSA lack of service to attorney follow ups

ESTATE LATE: ELIZABETH SUSAN BROWN delayed due to what exactly?

ABSA Case/***/52798 estate has been delayed, apparently due to ABSA NOT providing updated information requested by the estate attorneys. WHY IS THIS. COVID19 cannot be your excuse for over a year, come one now.

Pls get your estate dept to call me for a valid reason for the delay, else I think it's best the ombudsman gets involved as I am not we are not the only ones.
