ESTATE BANK ACCOUNT LOCKED

My brother pass on last year March and he had accounts with and policy with ABSA BANK to cut the story short his wife had and his mother had to submit supporting documents that ABSA REQUESTED and open an account where the money will be paid into. When we called *** we were told that the account has been locked by FICA DEPARTMENT but the money was released to the bank account, when we asked why it was locked we were told that FICA need to validate the documents that were submitted and it's been two months now waiting for this 'FICA' TO DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. When we requested for the FICA'S NUMBER we were told that the call centre is no allowed to give the number and they don't attend to calls they only attend to emails and when we asked the call centre to send an email they told us the branch should do that and we must go back to the branch.<br> The wife really needs this money she has a child of 4 years old and she is unemployed.<br> .
