Estate Administrator with Attitude

For someone who is suppose to work with the public is Ms Santie Herbst is extremely rude. My encounter with Santie came when I phoned her to find out what is going to happen with my late bother's furniture which is still in the house. The house has been sold out of the estate and my mother is busy moving out. What are we suppose to do with the furniture, because the furniture is in the will. She is so rude, unhelpful and with attitude. It makes you think does she really have her clients best interest at hart.
