Ermelo branch Atm's not accepting cheque deposits
A week ago I was unable to deposit cheques at any of the three atm's at the Ermelo branch. Reported the matter on ABSA customer complaints site. Up to date NO RESPONSE! Phoned the branch on Friday to report the matter. Tried again the weekend to deposit, with no luck. Phoned the branch again yesterday and was assured that the Atm's were now working. Tried again this morning to deposit cheques with NO LUCK. Very poor customer service!
