EPIC 3 DEBIT ORDER

On the 4th of January 2016 I went to ABSA Kempton Park to enquire about a debit order of R90 which I knew nothing about.Yes the debit order was reversed and I was assured that it was cancelled as well.To my surprise yesterday I got the same debit order deducted from my account with the reference EPIC3 CA18712 of R99.32.What gets me so infuriated is I took active steps that I don't anything about the debit but still it continues to be deducted.I can't always run to the bank with the same query.It's I close the bank account and open it somewhere else where my account will not be entered into without my permission.Is ABSA failing to satisfy its customers therefore by allowing EPIC3 to deduct whenever they please.
