Entitled ABSA Refuses to Provide Required Documentation

My mother has an investment with ABSA. Her 'private banker' is neither willing or able to assist when it comes to a proof of return on investment required. He is never available to assist and phone calls go unanswered. She is just below ABSA 1, so we do not understand this level of service received. It is pathetic to say the least. The branch manager at ABSA Finforum is also never available. Her investment will be paid out in August and will immediately be transferred to another bank. We refuse to keep up with this non-existent service.

We need the proof of return on investment document ASAP!
