Enquiry about home loan debit order

I am writing in connection with my home loan debit order.

The 1st installment was supposed to go through on the 25th of July, no action was taken. I then took the initiative to call ABSA and spoke to a guy by the name of Memory on the 27th of July. He advised that the debit order bounced due to insufficient funds which concerns me as I do not recall approving debicheck. I then requested the debit order to be uploaded for the same day or day after, he confirmed that he sent a request and it will go through either on Thursday(27/07) or Friday (28/07), to date nothing went through which concerns me more.

He gave me banking details to use when paying manual which is *** (account number and reference number), I tried to pay and it says, “account number doesn’t exist”. I then went to bank listed beneficiaries and couldn’t find ABSA home loan at all. I am out of options as I tried all alternatives unsuccessfully with my 1st supposed to be payment. I am very concern of incurring arrears unnecessary.

Can someone please assist urgently.
