End of Relationship with ABSA

I need someone to call me regarding my credit card account. I have received an email stating that our 'relationship' (mine with ABSA) has been terminated as of end April, this received on 12 July 2021, instructing me to make payments to a certain law firm, I need to verify if this is indeed so.
