EMPTY PROMISES AS USUAL

I have just about had it with Absa now - you must seriously be the worst bank in existence with all the badluck I've had with you!!! Your consultants don't assist the way they are supposed and you wait forever to get feedback from them. I had an outstanding account with you for 2 years - no one even bothers to call or send letters to say there is an outstanding account - I then pay the account in full in December already and am still waiting on my letter from you stating this. I've checked with transunion and my credit score is still **** because of you - you didn't send through the letter as promised to have my name cleared with the credit bureau and this is affecting my rating!!! I am very unhappy about this. I've sent this person - ********** - emails with proof of payment and requesting my letter, being promised and not delivering!! I WOULD LIKE MY LETTER AND I WOULD LIKE MY NAME CLEARED - PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF BEING MESSED AROUND

My ID number is *** - I don't know the account number because the account is supposed to be closed, it was closed before the account was paid in full so I am not sure how the money was allocated but I have the proof of payment and the account that the settlement amount was paid into was ***
