They ( ABSA) promised problem would be resolved by now , still.no answers. Regards

As stated previously, the account belongs to Messina and not you.
It is against the bank's process and procedures to discuss the banking matters with a 3rd party and it is also not required as per the POPI ACT.
We will wait until the required information is received from the account holder.
