Empty Promises

<p>Insured with ABSA iDirect and it's the 2nd time now that i feel like they are trying to get out of paying or get out of their promises. Been quoting around for insurance on a vehicle and they cam back to me with an amount , only to find that that quoted amount was for ONE MONTH ONLY! How can you lead a client on like that! You make a song and dance about your premiums yet it's for a month only and then goes up the next month! TWO increase premiums in TWO months.... that's not ok!</p>
