Employees not trained sufficiently. Four months in a row I had to spend 20 to 30 minutes explaining to agent that an amount needs to be transferred to budget account but agent does not understand instruction. This is ridiculous that you have to tell them how to do the job. Avsa is really going from bad to worst.
