Employee of the Month

It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. Words cannot express my gratitude for Christal Vergie of Absa Bank. Although helping telephonically must of been frustrating for her, she stayed patient and even stated that it was her pleasure to help me. She is definitely able in her role, and she is very willing to assist a client. Various options didn't work due to network issues, but boy, Christal didn't give up. Well done Absa you have a very well informed employee on your staff. It was a tremendous pleasure working with Christal Vergie. Thank you for your assistance and sorting out my problem. This was an exemplary and stellar performance of Ms Vergie. Not only did she give me exceptional service, she was also speaking very highly about her place of work, and she is grateful to be an employee of Absa.
