EMBARASSMENT
We went out for dinner and my business credit card was declined. This was after hours and in spite the fact that there was an excess of R1 mil in the account. When the customer care was called it was stated that FICA again had to be done in spite of having done so on numerous occasions. Business bankin will now to a bank that really cares about their clients and no longer face embarassment as Experienced tonight.
