EFT Payment gone wrong
Payment from ABSA account
To Who It May Convern:
My name is Ashveer Maharaj and I am writing this review to display my dissatisfaction with the appaling service ABSA Bank has rendered regarding a transfer of R 10 000 that was done to me on the 28/04/2024 and has still not reflected into my Standard Bank account.
A friend of mine made a payment to me via their ABSA Bank account on the 28/03/2024 from her ABSA internet banking however the payment did not come through. She then contacted ABSA on the 04/04/2024 and was informed that the payment has been processed via EFT
It's been a almost a week since and still, no payment has come through. I am extremely appalled and disappointed with the fact that no one has picked this up and no payment has come through which has resulted in a few of my debit orders bouncing.
Please can i be contacted on ***and this be looked into.

The ABSA account number is *** in the name of Leah Richardson. She did 2 transfers of R10 000, one on the 27th which reflected in my business account with Std Bank and another of R10 000 into the same account ( Account number *** ) which has still not reflected.
