EFT Missing Payment

I have been trying to reach Absa EFT Payments for the last 5 days to locate a missing payment/transaction and they have totally ignored me.

Can someone please call me back and explain what is happening with my query, Case No. ***2.

Hi Rezona,

I hope this matter will be resolved by close of business today. I'm dealing with Cecile Lupke and Junaidh Khan from EFT Missing Payments and I'm not getting any joy at all.

This is very frustrating.
