EFT MISSING MONEY
I sent money from ABSA to TYMEBANK on the 29 of June 2023 at 10H00. Till to date, the money hasn’t reflected. I contacted both banks, went to their respective head offices without any luck. I was told the money was sent to a TYMEBANK settlement credit account account and was instructed to email RSC for a refund, which I did on the 21st of July 2023, but still no money. I am very disappointed as this caused a huge inconvenience to me and my family.
