EFT Banking

I made a EFT payment from my ABSA account on the 30/04/2015 and contacted ABSA asking when the money will show in the recipients account and ABSA confirmed that the money will show the next day. It is now the 1st of June and the money still does not show in the recipients account. I have gone to ABSA branches in Durbanville and dealt with Mel but she could not assist or tell us where the money went. She kept on saying that the money will show the next day and I am still waiting for the next day. I logged a complaint with Hallo Peter regarding this issue 2 weeks ago and Sholeen contacted me saying that she will sort this out. Now 2 weeks later I am still waiting on feedback from anyone at ABSA and the money that was transferred is no where to be seen. I need urgent assistance with regards to this and I need my money back ASAP.
