Efficient ***** team, accessible 24/7
I just wanna say big ups to the Absa ***** team for attending to my aunts matter so swiftly and kept us updated in every step. My aunt (lives in the rural areas) got ****med by someone who pretended to be an absa employee, had her profile and last transaction details. Money was taken from her account, when she kept getting sms notifications of money leaving her account, call the ***** department immediately and guided her with necessary actions.
